1.Here I have my dad who after whole days work comes home and let every bit of his heart to my mother and thus feels destressed.
2.However I do not tell any thing to any body including my wife.If any thing is tormenting me I write it on a piece of paper and keep it inside my shoe and wear that stress inducing factor next morning only.
3.So its up to you that how you want to handle the stress and get yourself detoxified of this stress.Find the way which helps to relieve stress from you and undertake action on it positively.
